Hello Woollim Mall,
I have received my order but two things missing. One set of the 2021 Kim SungKyu New Year Seasons Greetings did not have photocards.
Other than that, I am one of the winner for the video call event of Kim Sung Kyu Seasons Greetings. Benefit from the event, I will also get his signature on the Seasons Greetings but I did not find any Sung Kyu signature in the calendar and also other goods.
I hope you can send me the missing photocard set and also Sungkyu’s signature. This is my first time having luck to get his signature. I don’t want to miss it. So please I hope you can settle this problem as soon as possible.
